Some people just like holding a physical CD in their hands. I know I'm one of them. I will usually go to the store to buy a new CD that I want to support (such as Britney).

That's the only time I buy a physical album, as well. Artists that I support, and at times albums that I want to try out + support at same time.

200k at best. I would put it more down around 150k. I think that "Misery" has seriously underperformed. Most people don't even realize that album is coming out.

Yeah, I was sure "Misery" would be a Top 10 hit but somehow it stalled in the Top 20 on both charts and iTunes. I don't see them selling over 150k.
