It's not your trademark, unless the avatar is 100% your work. In that cases, I believe it would be best to first politely ask the ATRLer to remove it and in case they don't do it, have them warned.
Otherwise, it's not a violation of any law in my eyes.
This forum has already been reported enough hell you can even get reported for saying something negative about your own favourite artist do we really need much more pressure
