Commonly referred to as not only The King of Pop but also The King of Music Videos, Michael Jackson was the first artist to turn the previously considered irrelevant promotional tool into a downright artform. Being the first black artist to recieve heavy airplay on the then new cable television station, MTV, Michael is credited with essentially getting the channel off of the ground with revolutionary videos like Beat It, Billie Jean, and of course Thriller. Michael's iconic videos not only defined the era but also defined what a music video is and should be.
This rate only contains videos that Michael himself was present in so no posthumous videos! Also we will be rating FULL VERSIONS of videos!
