"I've been drinking... watermelon" What does it mean?
Beyonce sings she's been "drinking watermelon" in her top ten hit 'Drunk in Love'. This whole time, I thought she was drinking some kind of mixed alcoholic drink. I also thought maybe she was just stereotyping black people by referring to watermelon. Anyway people on facebook keep posting a new meaning to watermelon. A definition that takes a much more vulgar term. So what exactly is the truth? I'm asking the hive, because you guys would know better than anyone else. So what does it mean? And is this what she's really drunk off of? Also how much do you have to drink to get drunk from it? So many questions. This is not flame bait, I'm genuinely curious and want to help dispel the rumors, assuming they're not true.
I've been thinking she's referring to sizzurp. Because she mentions "jolly" in the line afterwards, which could be referring to Jolly Ranchers, which is what is normally in it (though it's usually purple).
I hope it isn't though.
edit: WAIT, she says body, not jolly. Nevermind. Back to square one.

Only Beyonce knows. I love that the line has turned into some iconic mystery. Not since Carly Simon's "You're So Vain" has anyone tried to decipher 1 line so much.
