WOOOT. The first-ever retired video. And it's actually GOOD. You all know how much I love Korn, so I don't need to say anything about "Got the Life" except that it spent an overwhelming 75 days on TRL and 63 of them were at #3. Sucks that TRL screwed them over though, which is odd considering they were one of the biggest groups to ever make the countdown. "Word Up" would've done great on TRL if only they had given it some attention. Let's just say that when "Here to Stay" fell off TRL, I stopped watching, along with many others. That's right, Mark, you dumb ****, I DON'T WATCH ANYMORE, so you've got your **** all screwed up.

Positive:I don't think there was any video that spent as long in that one spot. That is KoRn i speak of. Got The Life is the best KoRn song to-date imo *though Johnny will most likely disagree with me*. I'm glad they got retired video #1!

Negative:Though I loved it, it should've been #1. Nonetheless, they did do well.

Why do they have to cover George Michael's song?

Positive:This was the first song from them I ever heard of and knowing they did a cover of Faith, I liked this more than George's.

Negative:Unfortunately, not a big fan of the song

Negatives:
Never Reached No.1 On TRL.
Peaked at 3.(I Think)

I believe Faith got to #4, not #3...*checks*

Rock Videos have hard time reaching no. 1 because of BSB, Nsync and Britney way back in 1999.

Eh, Britney wasn't a problem back then...Korn, limpbizkit and P.O.D. passed her up quite a bit during 1999, 2000, and 2001.

"Faith" was an alright song, but "Nookie" and "My Way" were much better...on a somewhat random note, P.O.D. should've gotten at least one retired video in the past ("Will You," "Rock the Party," and "Alive" all did really well, but most notably the last two were shafted by TRL.)

Tidbit: Korn and limpbizkit have toured together in 1996, 1998, 1999, and 2003, and are good friends (Korn helped limpbizkit get a record deal after Fred Durst gave them their demo tape.) Korn appears in the videos for "Faith," "Break Stuff," and "Behind Blue Eyes" (that version with live and backstage footage from the Back 2 Basics tour.)
