The 16-year-old singer opened up about her beliefs on feminism.
“I think women who say, ‘No, I’m not a feminist — I love men,’ I think that is just… You don’t know what it means. You think it means that, ‘I don’t shave under my arms, I burn my bras. F— men!’ How could you be so uneducated, and so unwilling to learn about something which is so important to you?” she says.
Lorde continued about the influence she has on other young women: “Taylor Swift is so flawless, and so unattainable, and I don’t think it’s breeding anything good in young girls. ‘I’m never going to be like Taylor Swift, why can’t I be as pretty as Lorde?’ That’s f—— ********.”
Feminism isn't about attacking every other female though, and I don't think she gets that part of it and the culture she's propelling by criticizing all her female contemporaries.

At you trying to turn this into shade when all she has is love for The Lord Our God
Dear John 3:16 "For God so Loved the World that she have her only begotten album so that we shall not perish but have everlasting life"
Lorde knows the tea
Most celebrities, including Lorde, aren't "good" for a younger audience. They shouldn't have to change their lives to cater to potentially have a good influence on someone - that would be tragic and a downfall to their career. They do what they want, not they do what others want.
