Till The World Ends was an amazing video. The whole plot of Armageddon and taking cover in a sewer throwing this End of the World party. And then Britney pops her head out of the man hole while smiling, since the world didn't end.
This, Slumber Party, is her best since TTWE.

Circus went #1 on Pop Radio, and logged 8 weeks in the Top 5 there. By Comparison, TTWE peaked at #3 and spent 6 weeks in the Top 5.
TTWE only edged Circus out on Hot 100 Airplay where it peaked at #4, compared to the #7 peak Circus had. TTWE had a slightly better showing on Rhythmic. But by no means was TTWE a much larger radio hit.
Year-end Pop Radio charts places Circus at #13 by the end of 2009.
TTWE placed #26 on the year-end list in 2011.
Overall, I would say Circus has the edge here, given the climate during which each was released.. and since pop is her home, her success there is essential and Circus was a bigger hit overall on that format.
I also recall both landing at #27 in their year-end Hot 100 charts.
Given the digital sales, an incredible visual, great airplay, and also linked with her 2008 comeback album... Circus is by far the superior hit and most likely will be more memorable years from now. TTWE Is generic and the video was a mess with Brit's dead eyes and dance double... let's not even get into that.
