Which moderate hit? Work Bitch? If you're counting that as a Top 20 "moderate hit" then Your Body counts as one too. Keep in mind, when YB came out, the Hot 100 was weighed differently, but it would have been Top 20 at least under the previous rules or current chart rules. So it's abritrary to act like one is way bigger when they're not too different.
