She's only gay insofar as her persona and her image. She's not
gay though, she has no direct ties to the gay community. I can dig wanting to belong to the community and sharing their struggle with compassion, but this is just another example of GaGa piggybacking something to make it about herself (screaming at the president in the microphone is plain tacky). It just seems like too much of a coincidence and too much of a stereotype..."oh, I make throbbing, mindless, dance music about sex and glamor, therefore I must adopt a gay persona in order to have a fanbase."
