This era has been an exciting one for Beyonce. She released her fourth album, and is now pregnant. Although it's very interesting about all the homage she has paid this era. Let's review:
1. She sampled "Pon de Floor" by Major Lazer in first single "Run The World (Girls)".
2. Just a short while later, she deliver a powerhouse performance of the single. It was later discovered that the performance was "inspired" by Lorella Cuccarini.
3. Fast forward, and Beyonce has released the music video for the best song on her CD, "Countdown". The video was very interesting, but this clip has startled the internet in it's similarities.
4. Now Beyonce is releasing her "Love on Top" video, and she is paying homage to this video.
While it's great that Beyonce is giving credit where it's due, hopefully she will have a video that one day others will be able to pay homage to.
I'm sorry, I actually like somewhat Beyonce now, but this **** made me Kiiiii. I'm sorry, but all the hate isn't going to make the "Countdown" video any less epic.
Are we back to this again? I expect a report on Femme Fatale and it's chart run tomorrow. Bonus points on why Britney tries to lip sync with no mic in sight.
