As for drinking, I have to go with Coconut/Vanilla Almond milk. I cannot for the life of me drink regular milk. However, I tried the Dark Chocolate version of Almond milk the other week and hated it. Sticking with the former.
Whole Milk only. The taste is much better and I'm not worried about extra fat that comes with it.
Sometimes I even buy those extra special ones with 10% fat content
