OK, she's really making it a little too obvious at this point that she doesn't give a **** about albums any more and is only releasing them so she can go on tour
The album will flop and neither her label nor Madonna herself give two ****s about it. She doesn't have anything to proove she's already the queen of pop and her tour sales are already a success. So what?
If they never cared about the success of the album, why did they line up all of the promo leading up to her Super Bowl performance, complete with a Clear Channel deal that emphasized the fact that she was performing new material and spent 30 seconds after each GMAYL play talking about MDNA and the iTunes deal.
so basically she's just a touring artist now. I doubt she will promote future albums then. She has nothing to prove at this point when it comes to album sales, flop album or not she's still the best selling female artist. And fans are still getting new music regardless if there's promotion or not.
