Justin Bieber had a blood alcohol content of .01, nothing essentially. Now we have learned that his “drag racing” was a single file motorcade driving down a residential street. As can be seen by home security camera’s. He definitely isn’t drag racing, and it’s hard to tell if he is even speeding.

Bieber was never actually charged with drag racing in the first place, but it was mentioned on the police report upon his arrest. The only slam dunk conviction would be for driving with an expired license, hardly a heinous crime.

How do we know he wasn't drag racing at another point? The video shows them going down the street with the cops following them, if anything, they had finally caught up with Justin.

If the drugs, presciption or not, had influnce on his driving, then he should not be getting behind the wheel. Also, he was driving without a license, so I heard? Is that correct? If so, then it's yet another punishable thing.

Also, his recent driving hell made headlines all around the world. The kid is a mess, he should be given some kind of a reality check. And if, only IF, it turns out that he was in fact on illegal drugs, then he sould be locked. Too many people lost their lives beacuse of idiots driving under influence.

Let's keep it real. Celebrities and their camp pays off these sources to make up these stories. TMZ seems to be back pedaling. And even if he wasn't speeding, blocking off a road so you can have the street to yourself is illegal. Being under prescription drugs that is not meant for you (illegal prescription drugs).

Now, CNN reported this earlier:

Two breath tests estimated pop star Justin Bieber's blood-alcohol content was below .08% after his arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence in Florida, a source close to the investigation said Friday.
The tests indicated contents of .011% and .014%, the source said.

Looks like the numbers are off. So who's lying. TMZ or CNN
