Welcome to ATRL's Best of 2007!
Welcome to ATRL's Best of 2007! It's the most wonderful time of the year, and it's time for you to give us your best. So, what does that mean? Let's break it down. All year long, you're invited to count down your favorite music over in the Your Top Ten area. But at the end of the year, the focus turns to the best music of the entire year, according to you.
WHAT THIS IS FOR
This forum is for your personal year-end charts. Each person is allowed to have one thread per year in this "Best of" forum. The thread is yours to do pretty much whatever you want with. You can count down your favorite songs, singles, videos, albums of the year... or your favorite artists, concerts, TV shows, movies, actors, video games, books, pizza toppings, or whatever else you want. The format is entirely up to you. Go wild.
WHAT THIS ISN'T FOR
So, this means you are not allowed to have more than one thread for your Best of 2007. You are not allowed to do any site-wide or voting-based countdowns here. Your thread must be solely about you and your own personal favorite stuff of 2007. No direct influence from anyone else.
LIMITED TIME ONLY
This year, the "Best of" forum will be open from Friday, December 7th, 2007, until Monday, January 7th, 2008. You should have a goal of getting all your countdowns completed by the beginning of the new year, because it's all over on the 7th. However, you should definitely stretch it out. Don't post a massive list of 100 songs all at once. Post your countdown in segments until the end of the year.
SUPPORT EACH OTHER
With that said, this should be a lot of fun, just as it has been every year here at ATRL. We encourage everyone to support each other's threads. When you see that someone has updated, please reply with your comments, the items you like, a crazy random picture, or anything else to let them know you're supporting them! That's most of the fun in this. Even if you don't like the person or you don't know who they are at all, put all that aside and be supportive.
Now, it's your turn. Start posting!
