I didn't think I did, but when I hear my voice played back on recordings, my S's sometimes are a bit drawn-out.
A lot of gay guys have a very obvious lisp and, to be honest, I often find it sexy.

I don't have a lisp but my voice is very gay and I draw out my "S"'s and vowels like crazy.
P.S. most of the people saying no are lying. It's not something I noticed till people pointed it out.

I have quite a bit of the voice but not "the lisp."
I don't think I've ever actually known of any gay people with lisps.
