Having just watched the film "After the Dark," I've been inspired to hold a thought experiment (in the form of a game) based on the one used in the film. We will use the following scenario:

In current times, we are on the verge of a global atomic cataclysm. In our particular region, a bunker has been built that is able to sustain 10 lives for one year, the amount of time needed for the radiation from the atomic blasts to reach levels that are no longer lethal. The problem... we will begin the game with 21 players.

After random assignment of professions/skills and personal characteristics, you will all play a part in deciding which 10 players get to enter "The Bunker" (a special round designed to leave us with ONE winner). The winner will be titled, "The Philosopher" and will win a prize.

You won't want to miss this, as it will be unlike any other game or tournament you've participated in before. Even if you don't participate in the game, there will be some interesting and thought-provoking points brought up.

Add your name to the sign-up sheet below, but ONLY if you are serious about participating. I don't foresee this game taking up a large amount of your time, but it is crucial that participants take part in the game with a goal of winning. I'll make it worthwhile!
