OMG We finally have some brand new information on Avril's upcoming fourth album! It is going to be defenetly released during this 2009! (hopefully by summer)

We now know that Avril has not only written songs for her upcoming album, but she has already had some time in the studio recording new songs! with Isaac Carpenter and Max Martin who produced Avril songs such as "I Will Be" and "Alone". In a new interview, Max Martin revealed that he's working with Avril and that he expects her to release her new album this year!

With The Best Damn Thing being almost two years old, we're ready for some new material!

In other news according to Rolling Stone she's also collaborating with with Lil Wayne on his upcoming rock album, "Rebirth".
(don't know more info about it, If she's making a collaboration something like Rihanna and T.I. or just maybe appearing in a video, or giving him a lyric etc..)
