Since the previous thread expired, I thought it would be fitting for ATRL's biggest (and possibly only) Cobra Starship stan to make a thread about their new album Night Shades.
Night Shades is the fourth album being released under Punk-Electropop band Cobra Starship.The release date has been confirmed by lead singer Gabe Saporta to be released on Monday, August 29th. . The album has been confirmed to be released in New Zealand on the same day. Cobra Starship will also be performing on the MTV VMA-Pre show as well as making an appearance on the television drama "90210" which does not have a confirmed air date yet. More promotion is to be expected.

Shortly before the release of 'You Make Me Feel', Gabe Saporta shared an untitled demo from the new CD with fans, which was praised with positive reactions from fans. The demo is commonly referred to by youtube videos as, 'Don't Blame The World, It's The DJ's fault."

The video is on MTV.com now! I like it, although Sabi seems like she is in the video more than the rest of the band. Other than that, it is well done. It's nice to see a new video from them
I just checked NZ on live pop bars, and they're selling almost two times as much as the #2 song If only they could get a little promo here (besides that meh video), maybe they could score another top 10
so ready for this. Hopefully it's better than 'Hot Mess'. Epic album.

NZ has good taste. Maybe if their label sees it smashing somewhere, they will give it more promo... hopefully.
