I don't think the fall was intentional. I think they pre-recorded the final scene in the red dress as a precaution and cut to it since she wasn't able to do it herself.
That fall was not her, it was a stunt double cause the shot changed to her in a red dress immediately after. I think that was a cool idea cause people we expecting her to mess up!
