This should have been the third single. Releasing a ballad as a follow up to yet another ballad is a bad move, but it will do good anyway.
I think she should have released singles regionally this era. I can't see You and I doing well globally, I think Scheiße would have been a better single for Europe.

I agree. I just can not see Yoü And I becoming successful in Europe or Asia.
YOU AND I #84 on US itunes its on the rise... ummm i agree except i dont want her to not release scheibe in the US.. a good single outside the US would be americano i could see that floppping hard here.
The biggest overarching reference seems to be Frankenstein. But instead of making a monster, he's making a Gaga.
If the scenes were presented in order of when they happened, it would play out like this: Gaga meets the man as Stefani, her raven-haired self, six years ago. The story is basically about how his love changed her and molded her into a better version of herself.
The barn is his laboratory, she is his creation. He takes her from Stefani to Gaga, which is shown by her hair changing from black to blonde.
Then there is phase two - taking her from The Fame/The Fame Monster Gaga to Born This Way Gaga. She and Luc started dating again in 2010 and he changed her even more.
This is when the scenes with the turquoise hair come into play, one of the looks she's worn quite a bit this era. You see during the second phase that she's showing resistance to his treatments, probably because she's unsure if she really wants to go through with his experiments.
At this point, she is a mermaid and you see Stefani is alone in the barn because that version of herself is only known to her and her boyfriend.
The scene of her alone in the chair and the scene of him looking into the glass chamber containing her seem to show that he's unaware that this version of her is still alive - He thinks it's frozen over at this point but Gaga knows it's still there inside of her mind.
In addition to learning how to love him, he also teaches her how to love herself. (This is represented with the scenes of her and "Jo Calderone" together in the cornfield. It's like the dichotomy of Gaga - both the light and dark, male and female parts of herself - that are only present in her mind.
This is why they're alone in the middle of the cornfield, because they only exist to her.) And at the end, you see she's finally marrying him as this completely pale and completely blonde version of herself, because she loves him so much and his love has destroyed all of the darkness within her... at least that's how it seems. It might still be there in her mind, a.k.a. the water-filled chamber in the barn.
she needs a professional director i'm tired of the HAUS directing videos, they can stick to making her a bigger discostick i dont give a **** but directing videos leave it to the pros

Totally agree, she can't seem to put all her ideas together cohesively, she needs a trained director.

this wouldn't work for a huge artist like gaga, when she releases a song/video, the whole world knows about it, not just regions
