I'm sorry, but I disagree with this.
Discrimination = Racism. It's the exact same, "discrimination" is just the broader, more versatile term, while "racism" is the specific act of being discriminatory towards people based on their complexion.
Also according to this:
Institutionalized discrimination = Institutionalized racism. It's the same, only one of them is more specific in WHO it is exactly that is being discriminated.
You can be racist against white people. The fact that there is no institutionalized racism against white people doesn't mean that it does not exist, obviously. That would mean you're saying there are zero people in the world who would discriminate somebody for being white.
