You can fume all you want but, at the end of the day, the producers WAITED for Shakira to give birth and be ready for the movie to release it. That makes her have a huge impact on it. She was part of the development. Unlike other Pop singers that give voices to animated cartoons, Shakira did not just step in the studio and recorded her parts. Even before they started creating this, Shakira was already part of it. Not to mention, no one cared about anyone else at the premiere asides from Shakira. Like her or not, her name HELPED promoting this movie. We all expect a Disney movie to do well but we've had flops in the past. Shakira did have an impact on its promotion and therefore general public interest.
Obviously it is NOT Shakira's movie as she wasn't the only one creating it but she was part of it so it is NOT unfair naming her as one of the movie's producers/creators. Before you judge or shade, do some research and avoid embarassing yourself.
*Also funny because I am sure if "Home" slayed the box offices, everyone would make that movie be about Rihanna or Jennifer Lopez.
Anyway! Amazing! This movie was so well created, I was in love with it and I am so repeating the experience this weekend! Well deserved!
