O/T: yeah if they asked for they/them, idk about xe though.. i don't really understand those ones. i don't get why you wouldn't just use they/them if you want to be gender neutral but maybe i just need educating. as long as my kid is happy tbh

Just what I said. How many they/them's do we know that are actually doing productive things? That are in a club, have careers or play sports etc? The ones I see are the bored, American, white and often overweight kids who don't do much but sit on Tumblr. And my kids will certainly not be like that.

Of course I would respect their wishes. I would be proud to have a child that can think and understand their own individuality. I will not try to control my child's mind like my mom did to me. It left me scared of my own thoughts and feelings
