Staff say he was clearly under the affects of alcohol and had been initially refused entry because he was carrying beer cans, said local reports.
The Canadian star was stopped as he tried to enter the site at around 4pm yesterday with a beer in his hand, said local paper La Razon. He then got rid of his beer and entered the site anyway, flanked by four companions, after which he 'pulled his underpants down'.The 'Love Yourself' singer then threatened and insulted INAH, causing police to be called to the scene.
Local media have branded his behaviour 'inappropriate' and said that he 'ignored the signs and decided to climb onto platforms and restricted areas', reported newspaper Sipse. Bieber left the site at around 5pm following a 15-minute row and some 'pushing and shoving' between his bodyguards and the INAH personnel.He was escorted out by several security staff after climbing onto a ruin and 'having a photo taken in which he showed off his backside'.
