I don't think gay guys like straight guys because they're cuter. They like them because they are unattainable and it feels like a challenge that they would be able to turn that straight guy into well, a not straight guy. You worded this wrong because the chance of someone being hot is independent of their population size but I see what you mean. There are more hot straight guys out there because there's more straight guys
