Portlandia needs to win! So good! AND Top Chef is EVERYTHING to me PLUS it helps that Padma Lakshmi's DIVINE so it needs to win. If it doesn't, then I want it to be either The Amazing Race. Not The Voice coz last season was dismal. Jimmy Kimmel has been on point lately so I'd want a win for him.
You KNOW I'll be perched. I don't know who I'm gonna root for.
Best Comedy Actress is gonna be rough for me... 4 out of 6 nominees are my faves
Julia was amazing in Veep, Amy iconic in Parks & Rec, Tina basically Jesus in 30 Rock, and Lena was just kljadhfjklsdfh in Girls.
AND
Supporting Actress in a Drama also rough for my faves... Emilia Clarke was ****ing AMAZING this season on GoT, Anna Gunn epic as Skyler in Breaking Bad, Morena Bacarin was perfect as Jessica in Homeland, and Chistine Baranski was jesusly as Diane in The Good Wife.
LeT me not even get into who I want for Best Drama Series. That's just too much. I'm here for Homeland, GoT, and Breaking Bad, although I think Homeland deserves it the most.
Oh and obviously the queens Jessica Lange for American Horror Story (Outstanding Lead Actress in Miniseries) and Claire Danes for Homeland (Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama).
I don't have any other faves in those categories tho so those decisions are easy
And I'm between Peter Dinklage for GoT and Mandy Patinkin for Homeland in Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama.
I think it's safe to say I've never been more excited for the Emmys.
