because posting about it could imply/give people the impression that the album has sold near 1 million copies. having 1 million shipped but around 480,000 of those unsold isn't nearly as impressive

Platinum =/= 1 million sold
Platinum = 1 million shipped

It's not I'mRihannaFan's fault if someone misconstrues what being certified Platinum means. Either way, Roman Reloaded has sold enough copies to be certified Platinum and she's got that Platinum plaque so all the stupid comments are unnecessary.
