Well, while I believe that everyone should be able to do whatever they want, correcting something that society deems as unflattering (especially when it’s not bad to begin with) can be seen as co-signing societal beauty standards and thereby transferring the responsibility to conform as well as the insecurity to someone else.
Being a celebrity, your actions have a lot of power and in that plastic surgery can be problematic as they actually have the opportunity to change how people view attributes (like how Beyoncé was one of the people to help move society out of the 1990s ideal skinny body type and into the Bootylicious one of the 2000s).
As has been shown as well, nose jobs and plastic surgery does not necessarily help you. Jennifer Grey and Ashlee Simpson, among others, are two examples where their success prior to surgery far exceeds their success afterwards. Barbra Streisand was told to get a nose job and she refused. Would she have been more successful with one? Unlikely. But what it did do was inspire many people to be okay with their noses, like Lea Michele, for example, who considered a nose job but took inspiration from Barbra Streisand, and who in turn likely inspires more people, etc. etc.
Also, when someone hasn't had it, it should be noted.
