Her last hit was in 2008 with 4 minutes and before that Die another day in 2002. So if the Queen of pop is allowed to have three flop albums (and a couple of underperforming albums), +22 singles that failed to impact on the pop charts, why isn't Gaga allowed to have one underperfoming album? Yes Artpop is a underperfoming album. A album that sold 2.3 million and had two top 10 hits can't be identified as a flop, and that's a simple fact.

And I think people give Gaga a hard time because she's on her 3rd album and showing some decline.
