For starters, Mariah Carey is not even close to being the worst singer ever. She has one of the best voices period.
I'm borderline on Orbison being the best singer of all-time but he does (or did, saying this because I don't know if he's still alive) have a good voice.
But in a big picture, I disagree with a lot of this. How are Dido and Chris Martin on the Worst list?
that is simply an elitist list....when they rant on how much they hate technical singing, you´d expect mariah to be the worst...lol, in her prime (1990-1995) she was the best singer of all time, whitney was too!
though some of the "best singers" on their list are awesome, you guys should really check ém out!though i miss mavis staples, james brown, layne stayley and kurt cobain....all these had soul!
