Also, hearing people in this thread poke fun at it reminds me of elementary, when kids would tease(still do) one another with comments like "omg are you gay? hahahaha"
Why is it funny, or even a "cool" thing to do, why make fun of "help"?
It is very nice of her, and it could potentially help someone greatly. It's just the idea of her and her team sitting there and thinking about what fans coming to her show might need to enhance their concert experience, and coming to the conclusion that a mental health check is the best thing they could have. It implies she thinks her fans have issues.
No it doesn't, it would imply that if all of her fans are obligated to go see a psychologist when on a concert. You don't have to go if you don't want to. Some of them don't have anyone to talk about things that bother them so I think this is a great idea.
Do you see how many mentions daily she gets about monsters saying they will kill themselves if she doesn't follow them on Twitter? This is not a bad thing she's doing in any circumstance. Stop doing the most. Some people really do need that help, and the fact that you're all making light of that makes me really concerned for you as human beings.
ffnnfnfnfnfnfsnnsnf at least she realizes how messed up most of them are, sending death threats to celebrities and threatening to kill themselves if Gaga doesn't recognize their existence.
Good job Gaga, philanthropist of our generation stays winning.
The idea is interesting, but I don't know if the place (her concert) is the right place for such kind of things
Its not like shes going to bring the "the help" up on stage with her. Its separate booth for those who are troubled, so that they can build the courage to go seek help.
Only the Queen Mother Teresa of Pop knows how to be a true humanitarian. Instead of selfishly and unnecessarily adopting third world children, she chooses to help those in need within her immediate reach.
I don't think she's insulting her fans at all. There have been concerts before where the artists promoted HIV/AIDS awareness by having booths set up for people to get tested at the concert. They weren't implying that their fans have it. They were doing their part to promote awareness and make sure people know their status and are healthy. I think it's the same thing for the BTW ball. It really should be applauded and not made fun of.
