It might be unfair but it's not the first time they used another song from another artist to be used by the finalist. I remember Ruben Studdard used Flying Without Wings, which was already sung by Westlife, and also,Guy Sebastian's Angels Brought Me Here was used by Carrie Underwood back in season 4. (Oh, and I just realized that those who covered the songs won the competition!
