More iconic? Well, to be honest, as much as I love Gaga's 2009 VMA performance and as much as it was shocking at the time, I honestly don't think it has left much of an impact. It wasn't even the most memorable moment of that night. Her meat dress at the 2010 VMAs is more iconic and remembered much more, tbh. So I'm gonna go with Katy's Superbowl Halftime performance.
