I think the top movie this weekend will either be Gran Torino or Inkheart. Underworld: Rise of the Lycans will probably debut somewhere between 3 and 7.

Ugly Betty 7.497 million viewers
Grey's Anatomy 14.432 million viewers
Private Practice 9.487 million viewers
ABC Analysis: Greys was great last night and that helped PP get a boost. In 2 weeks look for the crossover between the 2 shows!
CSI (R) 8.523 million viewers
CSI 17.572 million viewers
Eleventh Hour 12.314 million viewers
CBS Analysis: CSI not a bad drop as anticipated. Eleventh Hour needs to get a boost or it may not get a second season.

Kath & Kim 4.931 million viewers
The Office 8.756 million viewers
30 Rock 6.414 million viewers
ER 7.654 million viewers
NBC Analysis: MNIE is dying. K&K is dead. Office strong, will get a boost from the Superbowl. 30 Rock is slipping slightly. ER decent.
Bones 9.976 million viewers
Bones 7.549 million viewers
FOX Analysis: Looks like they found a good home for Bones. The 9PM episode was hurt by Greys, Office and CSI.
Smallville 3.850 million viewers
Supernatural 3.064 million viewers
CW Analysis: The only night the CW doesn't completely fail at. Strong numbers.

Everybody Hates Chris slightly increased this week, while The Game slightly decreased. Both shows were getting better ratings last season. If they don`t get cancelled next season, CW should put them on Wednesdays after or before America`s Next Top Model.

I think the reason CW's ratings are so low is due to the fact that they aren't like the others. Where I live, you cannot get CW with a regular antenna. (Which shouldn't be a problem to face with come February.) For CW, you need cable or satellite.
