It seems that some members here believe that due to Beyonce's current success and status as a celebrity, her appeal transitions to acclaim and praise she receives from GP and her peers which is sometimes undeserved or lacking REAL validity. Whenever the media talks of Beyonce and their appreciation for her, it's either overrated or coming from a glorified beyhive member.. It seems as if today anything she does it praised to the heavens and it doesn't really sit well with many people, especially internet fans and other stanbases. Do you think the media have undoubtedly created a "superiority complex" for Bey, or are others insecure of her success/appeal. Is the praise deserved?? Are there others that deserve the acclaim more than Bey?? What are your thoughts..

No shade but I've always felt this way. Bey's PR team works tirelessly to make us believe she is something that I don't find her to be and it's a little comical once you've learned to see through it. Notice how self titled was praised mainly because of it's PR release strategy but then somehow her team created the idea that the music itself was also bigger than it actually was. And that's honestly the truest of tea. Be mad if you want to.
