So there's ~10,000 minutes in a week. If you leave one of those endless YouTube sites going for the whole week, that could be about 2,000 views (if you watch a 5 min video). I'll leave like 50 tabs of it open though (on a computer I never use so it won't bother me)
But then if short videos count, you could theoretically get way more views per person if they all did it this way.
I think I'll leave a few tabs of an endless YT player going overnight on one of my own videos to see if those views actually get counted
