I think people are dissatisfied with the new Billboard rule and how it allows attempts like ours, but realize that this is the best way to draw attention to the rule's "flaw". I hope I can make a thread for it, spread the word as far as it can go.

The rule actually makes sense. I highly doubt you'll get enough monsters to watch and stream the music video to make an even remote dent on the hot 100. Artists who are doing well purely off of youtube and streaming are receiving millions of views a day. On top of that songs typically have some radio play or have high sales which can help boost it.

I have calculated what we will expect to need, and I'm confident that we could at least get it to re-chart. Views are surprisingly low on the whole - "Thrift Shop" got like 9.5 million total streams this week, for example. Accounting for our total lack of radio and sales support, it will be tough and we'd need a hell of a lot of streams, but there's a chance!
