They are both currently making the album as far as I know. And yeah, only people with industry connections have some songs, like Die Young, Young & Reckless are the songs most "industry insiders" have I guess?
I really don't know much about the album aside of what I can tell you guys. I don't want to get you all hyped up for nothing when I'm not even sure who he's hearing it from is legit. I trust him though, since he was right about Young & Reckless and Not Obsessed. He was also right about the photoshoot too, being gold and stuff.
