Nelly Furtado has already took several "canadian Grammys" called Juno Awards. Everytime she releases an album, she takes almost every Juno awards she was nominated for. It was like this for "Whoa,Nelly" in 2001, for "Folklore" in 2004 and for "Loose" in this year's ceremony.

Recently, Nelly got one the most relevant awards in Canada. Along with Diana Krall and Jann Arden, Nelly Furtado got the
International Achievement Award in the
WESTERN CANDANIAN MUSIC AWARDS, for all the good image in music she gives to Canada internationally. It's not the first time Nelly receives this kind of recognition. As a double-nationality artist, she also got similar
recognition in Portugal, for spreading the image of Portugal in the planet.

Nelly Furtado has been the
best selling female artist in the world for the past two years with no competition strong enough to take her away from that spot. Her album
"Loose" went multi-platinum in many countries around the world, with four massive hits including the most overplayed song of the year "Say it right".

I gotta do this one more time:

Meanwhile, the MTV Europe Music Awards are almost here, in less than a week. I hope a week from now, next friday - the day after MTVE Awards, to post something like this new post here.

Vote for "Loose" as the best album, for "All good things" for the most addictive song and for NELLY FURTADO as the best SOLO ARTIST!!
