Yup, most recently with On the Run which wasn't released as a single until well after the deadline for last year's Grammys.
They love her so much that I'm pretty sure anything she submits gets nominated.

Let's not get carried away about anything she submits but I do recall some artist submitted songs that were not singles and were nominated.
