My question this season is how the hell did Elsa end up in the genie bottle and in Rumple's castle. What's the story there . . . I'm assuming Anna got kidnapped by the real Snow Queen.
I agree with the ones saying this is so far the worse season we've had. In fact, I really liked Neverland act tbh.
The only great things about the season are Elsa and Anna, both are great and really similar to the movie counterparts, but most of the storylines of this season are

Lol. 2 episodes in and people are talking mess about the storyline? Have you learned nothing from this show? It always takes a few episodes before the storylines start to unfold.

+1
They've yet to establish a villain for this half of the season but most importantly it's only 2 episodes in. They started with Frozen introduction and the second episode was about Charming who is the most bland character of the show. It is bound to pick up.

And it's been revealed that it's actually called 'Misthaven', Enchanted Forest is just what people call it.
I've never wished death upon anyone but I will say if Marian dies I won't be sad. I know she is the mother of Robin Hood's child but she needs to go. The woman has escaped death in almost every episode she's been in. First Robin saved her when she was sick with magic, then Emma saved her from execution, and then Regina saved her from a snow monster. What's next?

Exactly! The first couple episodes are about laying the groundwork. You can't just jump right into a storyline without some sort of backstory and introduction.
The first two eps have been okay so far, it's apparent they need to step up their game a bit, but I'm still enjoying the show a lot. As with last season, I'm more eager to get to the second half of S4 because it seems so much more promising with a full fledged-out Maleficent arc (and for the record, the Zelena arc is arguably the best the show has done since the fascinating build-up in S1). Everything in-between just hasn't been all that, though I still love the show to death as a whole.
At least I'm impressed with the magic so far, I just hope when the final showdown happens they won't get knocked out in one swipe like Regina did last season
