I never assumed these challenges were spontaneously created. I'm sure as experienced as ethan is, he has some type of outline for every stage of the game. But to say one "stole" an idea unbeknownst to the forum isn't the best way of addressing it. Besides, I was being more cheeky than serious. But GRACIAS?
