With Gaga, it's kind of like when you're on hold for customer service.
You've waited 20 minutes.
Some people hang up at this point.
Some rationalize that they've already invested so much time, so they'll see it through. They're still on hold. Waiting. Hoping.
Once you have committed so much time and energy, it's hard(er) to walk away.
