Had this been a male's nipple I doubt this would be reported, the sexism is REAL.

1. That doesn't make it okay at all. It's still borderline vulgar. By definition, it's sexually suggestive.
2. That tag is only meant for overly violent/gore material (relevant to the topic at hand). It's never been allowed to bypass the strict rules on sexual content.
In spite of women being held to a different standard, it's not really the point here.
