Im obviously getting my hopes up again, but i believe if this festival is being televised she will announce her new single there and give us a sneak peak then we will get an official announcement a few days later, then a release the next week. I know its wishful thinking, but its possible.
Im just saying this because i really dont think Ke$ha and Luke will let RCA make them push the date back till october for a single release, i mean HELLO, we originally were meant to get the whole album in May
