Belly fat sucks sfm.
The only way I have been able to (more or less) get rid of mine is exercise + eating pretty much nothing besides fruits, veggies, eggs, meat, rice/pasta, workout shakes and peanut butter.
+ getting rid of bread and milk has been great. No more annoying bloating.
