Kamek is in smash run meaning he won't appear. Sad because he is one of the best yoshi representatives.

I'd be alright with these 4 (Celebi isn't big enough, unfortunately, though she's one of my absolute faves), though they are definitely not my first choice. Paper Mario would be cool, but there are just too many Marios. They need a different representative if they do a Paper Mario/Mario RPG game. They would do better with a villain like Grodus or Dimentio. Count Bleck is too forgettable as a design.

Update: IGN says it’s actually Nintendo employees that will show up with a demo of Super Smash Bros. The winner will enjoy a brief hands-on session as a prize.
