You know what? I was so unhappy when I saw this challenge. I tried to give it my best shot and post into a few threads of people that I kind of know but I didn't come here to participate in a popularity contest. I'm never going to be able to get through this challenge because I don't really have any friends here on ATRL and there's a lot of people here who do.
One of the main reasons I love and connect with Drag Race as a show is because it isn't a popularity contest. Ru picks people because of their talent, not because they had the most friends to PM. This challenge doesn't at all represent Drag Race and what it's for. I came to participate in this thread because I love a great show and now I risk having to leave because some people have more friends than me? It's just sad for those who find it hard to reach out to others like that
I was 97% sure I was going to leave but I think I'll let the week play out. I'm not going to beg total strangers to spend their time on me. For the winners - congratulations on having some friends. It must feel great for you. Some of us aren't that lucky and to be given a challenge to remind us of that feels cruel when I came here to be judged on talent. Good luck to all the contestants
