I've never liked that song. Ever since I was a kid, it would always get on my nerves when my sisters and friends would all sing all the ****ing time. A 2 is a bit harsh, but I really didn't want to see it go too far. The Breakdown is actually quite enjoyable, and that itself deserves at least a 4. I guess if it was just a rate of OIDIA (the album), I woulda given the song a 5 or 6. But when the competition is this rough, I had to give it a really low score.
I really love Circus, but this is decent placement for it.
