I tried it, you can vote as many times as you want. On one hand I hate polls like that, because simply the more obsessive fan base will win over the other, but on the other it means in this case that we can still catch up on Paramore if enough of us multi-vote a few dozens of times.
Hint: When you voted once, just click the little link "Return To Poll" that appears on the bottom, and vote again, and vote again, and vote again...
